About Me

Gunter Branch Library in suburban Pineville, Louisiana, was so close to my childhood home that I visited its shelves almost daily. I handled each book I checked out like it was a real person because, to me, books were full of mentors and friends. Yet, as time raced ahead, I realized that the stories I cherished were a mere fraction of the vibrant narratives unfolding around me. Since then, I've committed to using the vibrant language from my book-filled past to tell the stories people need to hear.

As a public relations student at Louisiana State University and a future public relations specialist, I use the power of words to transform the world's narrative and shape my story.

Chapter 1 began with an internship at the McQuain Group, where I created engaging content to amplify the firm's projects, resulting in a remarkable 250% increase in LinkedIn engagement. Additionally, I completed research for a project to share comprehensive updates on U.S. infrastructure legislation, further honing my skills in communication and advocacy. In Chapter 2, my role as a communications marketing intern for LSU Residential Life has allowed me to enhance my social media marketing skills as I create graphics, short-form video, and photography to highlight the successes of my community and its residents.

The chapter I write today reveals that Gunter Branch's beloved volumes and the heroes within transformed my strengths into professional opportunities. These tales – both real and contained in binding – shape me into who I am as a person and an employee.

My heartfelt approach and commitment to public relations make me invaluable to any company for all adventures ahead. Let me use my stories to write your next chapter. I am available for a full time position following my graduation in May 2025.
